GearProtek™ repairs are submitted through our online ticketing system. Each GearProtek™ covered device is tracked by its unique serial number. Users can check the warranty eligibility of their devices, print shipping labels, and track repair statuses from start to finish.
GearProtek™ covers accidental damage repairs, including broken screens, home buttons, headphone jacks, charging ports, speakers, cameras, buttons, and much more!
GearProtek™ can be purchased for 1 or 2 years. Longer coverage may be available depending upon the specifics of your program. Contact us and together we’ll figure out what’s best for your specific needs!
Repairs are typically completed within 1-3 business days of arrival to our repair facility.
If a GearProtek™ covered device is determined to be unrepairable, the remaining time left on your plan will be transferred to another device.
Case and screen protector defects are covered by a manufacturer warranty and will be replaced free of charge.
